Retrofit tyre pressure monitoring system for motorbikes TPMS

What is almost a matter of course for cars is only offered ex works by a few manufacturers for motorbikes. This is a great pity, because it is a clear safety gain to recognise problems with the tyres before you notice them in the motorbike's handling and thus have significantly fewer safety reserves.

For all those who want this extra safety but cannot get this option from the motorbike manufacturer, this retrofit kit offers a remedy. Although there are many similar solutions with sensors in the valve cap, we consider this unsafe because it requires bypassing the valve and the air in the tyre is only held by the seal in the cap. Our system has full built-in sensors that do not compromise on safety, all valve functions are fully maintained. In addition, only an internal sensor can correctly detect the temperature of the tyre.

Advantages:
  • You always have the tyre pressure in view
  • No unnecessary tyre wear due to incorrect pressure
  • No unnecessary fuel consumption
  • You can see when the tyres are at their optimum temperature.
  • In case of a puncture you are warned and can react more relaxed

The only disadvantage we can see is that the sensors have to be installed, so just take the kit with you to the next tyre change and the extra effort should be limited. Since the tyre fitter doesn't have to fetch a new valve from stock, there should only be moderate additional costs here.

  • Adjustable warning thresholds for minimum (1 bar) and maximum pressure (6 bar) as well as maximum temperature (60°C - 85°C)
